Our story

We started Gold Hill after watching too many AI projects fail—not because the technology didn't work, but because teams couldn't bridge the gap between demo and production.

At big tech companies, we learned what it takes to ship AI systems that millions of people rely on. At startups, we learned how to move fast and focus on what actually matters. Gold Hill combines both.

We're based in Boulder, Colorado, but work with companies across the US. Our name comes from Gold Hill, a small mountain town above Boulder—a reminder to stay grounded while building for the future.

Former AI Product Manager at Google, where she led Search AI and Generative Experiences. Previously built AI products at Amazon (Alexa) and Microsoft.
