Program and operator
These terms govern the Gold Hill Agent Pilot messaging program operated by Gold Hill Tech LLC under the Gold Hill AI brand. The program is a low-volume SMS and MMS pilot available only to invited participants.
Messages you may receive
Messages may include conversational replies, product-testing coordination, service updates, and notices about activity requested by a pilot participant. The pilot does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Enrollment and consent
You enroll by submitting the Gold Hill Agent Pilot opt-in form and affirmatively agreeing to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages at the number you provide. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your participation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to cancel messages. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, use our website contact form, or call (914) 874-6170.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks and device availability and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle phone numbers, consent records, and message information.
Changes or termination
Gold Hill Tech LLC may change or end the pilot. If a material change affects the messages covered by your consent, we will request new consent before sending messages under the changed program.
